The Secret Keeper
Beverly Lewis's book, the Secret Keeper, is about choices. Jenny chooses to leave the modern world to become one of the Plain people. Two of the Amish make plans to leave the plain people. Jenny can't understand anyone wanting to leave, and some of the Amish gilts can't understand why anyone would want to go through everything Jenny has to to stay. In the end it is the choice of the Bishop that determines everyone's choice. Adam is my favorite character in the book.
