Reading and writing books is what I do.
Because Christian beliefs about creation, design, and evolution vary so much and no one who thinks for himself or herself would agree about everything to do with science or creation the authors of this book help us all to understand a variety of different views.
The different views do tend to provoke arguments in the combatitive sense of the word. This book can help the reader to argue the points in a more rational way, whatever view he or she happens to hold.
The authors remind us, on page 241, that “having the “right” view on every issue is less import” to the Christian than that the Church lives, works, and lives in unity.
It is my opinion that this would be a good book for study groups, not only in churches in the Reformed tradition, but for all youth groups and any adult, with or without a church affiliation.
